Ok so what is the normal size in inches of hips and waists? And if I am 5'7 and weigh 178 how much weight do you think I need to lose?
Well I know a lot of people who dont consider that fat but I feel fat and I just want to know how much I should loose? I want to be between 130-140 but people think I might be too thin then
there is NO normal there is only whats normal for YOUR height, weight and body type whats normal for someone else isnt normal for you and vice versa

OOps looks like your overweight!You need to be atleast 158 pounds to be of normal weight:)
