So here in the uk at the moment it mainly staffs with rotties coming in second, but what about other parts of the world? I always thought it would be mutts but apparantly the smaller the dog the easier it is to sell, so a lot of pure bred dogs are in shelters and mainly staffs as they are popular at the moment so people buy them then get rid of them or breed them and find they still have pups left over that they can home because of the other hundred people who are selling. So in is it different in other countrys?
I think it's Pitbulls here, too...wish people would quit breeding them for fun and recreation...and all the other crappy reasons. They are a nice dog, and deserve WAY better~

The Memphis Shelter - intake around 20,000/year and euthanasia around 16,000/year - has about 85% pit and pit mixes. The majority of the mixes are shepard/pit and black lab/pit.
I don't know about everywhere else, but I love in Florida and the shelters around my area have mostly Pit Bulls.
as I said here its staffys I think it would be pitbulls aswell but there illegal here
It seems in maryland theres a lot of pitbulls mixed...what is with the pits?
