What is the highest rated mascara?

I use great lash by maybelline and it works so good, like the brush looks like it would be clumpy but when you put it on it’s not at all.

I think either it’s almay or covergirl.They both work great.

well, the most popular waterproof mascara ever is: revlon great lash mascara in waterproof black. I really dont think its anything special though.

I would personally recommend: covergirl exact eyelights mascara waterproof for brown eyes. I know you said you have grey blue eyes, but the shade for blue eyes is this strange blue color and not cute at all. the one for brown eyes is pure black and will make your lashes super long, separated, it lasts all day, and is so waterproof its amazing (: plus, black mascara makes all eye colors pop.
