What is the average amount of weight a 16 year old can push on the butterfly press?

It is all about how long you have been weightlifting. Always start low and slow to get use to the motion and slowly raise your weight up. If you get dumb like me and just jump into it you will tear something like your rotator cuff like umm ME! I was benching 80lb dumbbells and went down to far too fast and it ripped. BE CAREFUL!
