snail mail is posting a letter at a post office it usually takes longer for that mail to get delivered than other types like email and smsing thats why its called snail mail :-)

Snail mail is the U.S. Postal Service.

Notarization is a witnessing by someone who is authorized in your state to be a Notary. You can usually find one in a bank. They will require identification and usually require you to sign the document in front of them. They usually charge a very few bucks for their service, or if you bank with them it is often a free service.

notarizing means you have to sign it in front of a notary, I dont know how a person becomes a notary but they have a special stamp and they have to sign it and date it with their ID number…by the way there are some many scams out there its hard to beleive anything, I get emails all the time saying I’ve entered and won something in wich I’ve never heard of let along entered, but good luck make sure you have someone look at it before signing it.
