I was pretty sure he was talking about the US as well, but it’s important to remind people every once in a while that AMERICA is not synonymous with the United States of America. It’s “of America” for a reason. Citizens of the US can be a little ethnocentric about that sometimes.

I would probably have to say Hollywood Califronia ! Though I have never been there and probably never will, that would be my guess :)

in britain, most people if you say name a place in america, they would say ‘new york’ baby!
I think that shows a fairly enormous misconception about what “ethnocentric” means, amblessed.
I think it would be Los Angeles,Ca or New York City
