Is it normal to weigh 124 lbs. And be 5" 2 at 13?

Im 13 years old and im a figure skater...im really concious about my weight and everyone is telling me its just muscle because I do work hard and im very athletic...im not fat...like my stomach is flat and my legs are toned and very muscular same with my arms but I don't eat junk food...all my friends are 110 or 100 even 90 lbs...some of the other figure skaters are 100 lbs. And my age...even the guys way less than me...im so confused and could use an answer...it it normal? Can I do anything about it?
