if your in good physical shape and muscular, then you probally wont get menstural cramps(pain from your period). but some people get them, mostly in thin or fat people, muscular people normally dont get them. if you get cramps, then the pain will be where the top or your quad(front thigh) where is bends, and in your lower back. the only cure (if you get this) is to build muscles(exersize more and eat more). short term relif would be menstral pain medicine, like pampren or motrin, along with lots of water and a heating pad, but it doesnt make all the pain go away. and if you get the pain, it can be Very Very painful. luckly there is a easy cure, to build your muscles. the reason why the pain comes, is beacuse when you get your period, your blood vessels shrink around the (upper front tight bend) and lower back. so the shrinking of the blood vessels causes the pain. but when you have muscles, your blood vessels are bigger and you have more of them, so you wont get any pain at all. if your fat, as you build your muscles, your fat will also go away, since the exersize burns off the fat and grows the muscles. Besides this, when you get your period theres really nothing to worry about exsept changing your tampond. TAMPONDS ARE THE BEST, way better then pads!!! pads twist and leak and uncomfortable, like wearing a diaper! you can even feel the tampond is in there, get the small thin tamponds they are the most comfortable, and dont worry about leaking, just make sure you dont forget to change it. its easy habbit to when you wipe, check the tolite paper to see if theres blood on it or not to remember if you have your period or not, then every time you go to the bathroom, change your tampond. always carry a tampond on you. you might be worried sometimes thinking you got your period but your unsure, anytime you have a rush of liquid come out, it might be your period, but yet agian it might not be, so just go check to make sure. you can wear a panty liner if its comfortable to you to prevent you from leaking when you get your period, but panty liners will only hold a little bit to give you enough time to get to the bathroom with out leaking on your clothes so you can put a tampond in. also keep an extra pair of underware and pants in your locker in school just in case. dont be shy to tell your parents to buy you tamponds, every girl gets there period, its normal, so dont be embarresed to buy tamponds with your parents.

I still havn’t gotten mine (grr-it would be a releif to get it, finally!) but my aunt decided to get me a book (embarrassing!) on said topic. If you get cramps its said to, how do i describe it. ugh. Ok. Do you know how to do a push up? Well, instead of extending your legs all the way, lay them on the ground.. grr. Oh! Okay, sorry: Pretend you are still a little girl pretending to be a puppy. You know how you might crawl around in hands and knees? do that, but lay your arms on the ground as well. I think this might help a bit.but then again, im not sure. best of luck!
