What is it about a walnuts, that wolf spiders dont like?

This is my biggest phobia, spiders! Soo I heard their scared or they dont like walnuts if you place them around your room… They wont go near it?? Is this true? Let me know if I should go get five buckets of walnuts for my room :)

Are you supposed to crack them and just throw the walnut meat around the room, or do you do whole walnuts?

Never heard of such a thing.

I’ve never heard of this, But what I do to settle me of my spider-fear is spray around the corners and walls of my room heavily with bug spray. I can spell a bit so do it like an hour before you go to bed.

im not sure about walnuts but I know acorns work, something to do with the smell I think
