what is it?

Sorry to be graphic, but here is the problem. A while ago I noticed that the very top outer part of my vigina has been chapped, cracked, dry, and when it heals it forms a scab. I didn’t take much notice of it because I thought it was just dry skin kind of. Well yesterday I noticed a bump on the back outer lip of my vigina. When I squeezed it, puss like stuff came out. I haven’t had sex because I’m waiting for marriage, so that can’t be it. I don’t use public toilets or even sit on any toilet other than my own and no one uses it. I haven’t seen a gyno yet because I don’t really feel that I need a pap smear until I’m having sex, or until I’m older, which ever comes first. So what is going on? Is it something I should be worried about enough to go to the Dr’s? What is it?
