What is an 'internet cache' and how do I delete it?

The internet has been acting up for me latelty. I don’t know if it’s my computer or what, but it’s just been actng ‘weird’ is the best way I can describe it. A friend told me to delete my internet cache? Or erase ir or clear it, I’m not sure of the correct term because I don’t even know what an internet cache is. Can anyone tell me what it is and how I might be able to fix it? Please and Thanks

Get a program called CCleaner. It’s free, and bet of all it will clean out your cookies, history, fix parts of yur key registry, and help remove all sorts of junk that you get when you brows the Internet. When installed, click analyze at the bottom right corner and let it run. It may take a while until it’s done, but it’s magical. When it’s done, click the same button you clicked earlier (sorry I can’t remember what it’s called, remove maybe) and -boom- it removes the crap and yourcpu should run like 4x faster.

Cookies? Tools>internet options>delete browsing history/cookies. I don’t know. I forgot. Hope this helps.
