What is a good diet for a 13 year old girl?

This might be long and just drags on and on but please read…So I’m 13 I may be one of the pickiest eaters in my school and my school consists of 300 people. But when I find something I like I eat like a ton of it. I dance a lot so I’m pretty skinny but when I see how much I weigh it makes me feel fat. I weigh 143lbs and I’m 5’7 I dont know if that would be normal. But I used to play basetball it lasted 6 years so most people say I weigh that much because I’m all mucsle. But I wanna feel and look skinnier so what might be a good diet? Sorry it was so long.

I dint know because I am 13 to and weigh 158 I weigh more than my mom when she was 29! what should I do because I love to eat and I kind of exercise but dont have time

I think youre fine [ ;p ] im same age. im 1.66cm and weigh 55kg. I think I look fat, but I try to do as much sport as I can at school. you should have a full stomach when you finnish eating BUT you shudnt eat later. 2-3 hrs maximum to my opinion AND exersise. dont forget,to drink water, because no ‘diets’ work ;p

Umm woah im 13 years old and my moom weighs that much…ok eat small snacks during the day instead of engorging yourself at meals and dont stuff your face with your favorute food just take some save it for later.

eat 5 small meals a day. make sure they are low in fat calories and be sure to do some kind of exersize for 1-2 hours. dring lots and lots of water.eat a lot of fruits and veggies and fiber.lots and lots of fiber(:
