What is a ginger?

A ginger is someone who has: pale skin, freckles, and red hair.

Someone who has two of the three are called “Daywalkers”

people also say fingers have no soul, and wanna take over the world. :( I’m a Ginger! Anyways fingers are often:

1. Really white
2. Red, orange, or strawberry blond
3. Have freckles
4. May be missing teeth in the same places on each side of mouth
5. Are “short tempered” or want to kill all um fingers but much of this stuff is false, as stated by others

A ginger is a red-headed person. Typically if you are calling someone ginger they have an orange-ish red color to their hair.

I have auburn (dark red) hair and I’ve been called a ginger but its not commonly used in reference to auburn or strawberry blondes (blonde with light reddish highlights or vice versa).

And no they dont have to have freckles to be a ginger.

A lot of red-heads find the term ginger offensive because people commonly use it in a derogatory way. Therefore be careful who you say it to because you might upset someone. Personally, it doesnt bother me.
