do I have to be fit before I join gymastics or do I get fit guring gymnastics? if I have to be fit before can I have edvice to what I can do like join a gym or something.
If your not fit you will not be able to just jump in to gymnastics, but I still think you can join as joining would be a great first step to getting better fitness. You didn't give any info on yourself so the best I can do is to say if your overweight to the point it hinders mobility or maneuverability you will then want to lose weight before you join. If you are weak or have little endurance but do have the right shape then you can join, and you will increase both strength and endurance as you participate.
