it will stretch out but then in a couple of days it will go back to its original size. it doesnt stay stretched. just like your vagina if you have sex a lot many times it will stay stretched but if you dont have it a lot a lot.. than it will go back to its size. the pain depends on how lubricated he is.. and how turned on and wet you are.

Yes it will stretch your anus, and it will hurt you! if you are going to continue this it may keep stretching out and may be noticable. Make sure he uses lots and LOTS of lube to help make it less painful.
