ok soo im going out for cheerleading at my high school. I've never cheered before soo this is my first time. the clincs are in 2 days. I just wanted to know what happens at clinics, is there anything I need to know, or bring, or practice. I really wanna make the team thanks for the help
I have never gone but 5 of my friends have an they went for like 2 or 3 days the summer before high school to sum cheer camp I don't know if its the same as a "cheer clinic" but they sed it was horrible the food was nasty they had to wake up mad early work their butts off and everything they really werent allowed to b on their phones or stay up late or anything so it doesnt sound that much fun but sum made the team and the other of my friends just left the camp because it was that bad and obviously didnt make the team .. I dont think theres anythin you need to b prepaired about its your first time they understand that but I think you at least need to have sum experience mayb in dance or gymnastics ..hope I helped
Cheer camps (or clinics) are A LOT of fun if you enjoy the sport, cheerleading. But you gotta find really good ones. (unlike the girl above me obviously did not do). Instead of going to a regular cheer camp, me and my friends will go to ones that will take us to exotic places, they are more expensive, but way more fun. If you like to dance and yell, and you are a hyper person, you shouldnt have a problem working hard, and wakin up early. Just try your hardest, and even if you dont make it...ya know you did your best. =]
