Has anyone gone to the hospital to see a dietician?
Next Wednesday I Have To Go To The Hospital To See A Dietition, I’ve Heard Loads Of Different Storys (As Such) About What Happens There, If Anybody That Reads This That Has Been To See The Dietition Can Yuu Tell Me What Happened Pleaseee :D
Well usually they ask you what you have consumed within the past few days and ask about your daily activities. Some ask really specific questions like at which point in the day do you feel most tired etc.. but most of the questions are very generalized. Some ask you to also keep a food journal but mostly it really depends on what kind of dietition you have
uhm I’ve seen a nutritionist before? they basically ask you about your eating habits… and then recommend a health diet? mine was very sweet and understanding, I really wouldnt worry about it…
