What happened to Naruto's parents?

You guys are all wrong Okay Naruto’s father in Minato Namikaze AKA the fourth Hokage, he is the one who sealed the demon fox in Naruto and his mother is Kushina Uzumaki she was a former ninja from the land of whirlpool!

I can answer this question no problem. Naruto father and Mother are dead and your half right, naruto’s father used a sealing jutsu that cost him his life on Kyuubi (aka the nine tailed fox) and his mother died soon after she gave birth to naruto. Naruto’s Father Name was Minato Namikaze (Aka the 4th hokage and Better known as The Yellow Flash(because of his unbelieveable speed)) and His mother’s name was Kushina Uzumaki (not much history on her).

@ zetsu290: Actually, they’re right about one thing…no one (currently) knows what happened to Uzumaki Kushina…But yeah, you’re right about Yondaime (4th Lord) Hokage. But actually, people, we already knew he sealed the fox; just listen to the intro of episode 1 of the anime! Naruto himself mentions it, too, during the same episode! Interestingly, according to Jiraiya-sama (Lord Jiraiya), Naruto has his father’s looks, but his mom’s (extreme!) talent in Ninjutsu. Go figure, huh?

well nobody knows what happen to his mom but I know his dad.his dad is called the yellow flash which is I think the third hokage. if you dont believe me then play naruto ultimate ninja 3 p.s. he looks just like naruto
