What happened to me?
I was feeling upset and down as me and a close friend fell out, and I felt fine apart from that. I went to my lesson after and I was watching the teacher and I started hearing a phone going off really loud but no one else could hear it, then I started shaking really violently and I kept hearing the phone. I had to leave the class room and once outside I collapsed and started crying and I couldn’t see and I could hear a load of people talking and music but no one was talking or playing music. My teacher was trying to calm me down but I couldn’t. I had to get sent home. Does anyone have any idea of what might have happened ?
other than a panic attack brough on by you and your friends fall out I cant really think of anything I think it would be best to see a doctor and describe exactly what happened to them they will no doubt be able to help more and perhaps suggest other reasons for what happened
maybe you had a seizure you should se your doctor, this hapens a lot to my sister she has epilepsy.
