What food for a japanese lifestyle?
Like… What do japanese people eat for breackfest lunch and dinner? And what htye put in bentos and what do they drink… Thanks
they drink tea, at every meal they drink their tea hot because of all the oils in the food and it helps take it out and after their meal they could drink something cold because all the oils are washed out by the hot tea,sake(alcohol)
in bentos they have rice, pickles, they could have grilled chicken,boiled broccoli,fresh friut on the side it just depends what type of bento your wanting
it actually depends on the person because the asians are starting to eat western kind of food like hamburgers spaghetti etc.
a traditional Japanese breakfast includes:rice,miso soup,natto dinner:rice, sushi,miso soup lunch is the bento box
