When you have been convicted of a felony you have to put it on every job application. When employers see that on the app or on the background check that they do, they know exactly what you did be it Drug possession, stealing, assalt.

Hospitals and government jobs and Schools are by law not allowed to hire felons so having a felony makes it next to impossible to get a job. If you have one. It really sux.
