Yes, agreed with esconsult1. Though what leevan said may be part of it, I believe it’s mostly what esconsult said. It’s a dish that has gone cold, & it’s better to serve it that way, so you could take your time planing it out just right & striking when they least expect it.
Also means you take your sweet time planning it. So the person thinks you have forgotten (its gone cold), then you strike! Blammo!!!
