What does it mean when a guy does this to you?

I met this guy 5 months back,we began causally chatting,he was a very shy guy later he started to flirt around a bit but my friends said he badly flirted with me,then we started talking over phone for hours,he asked me out several times but I alway said no..but he kept on trying He always wants to know everything about,he got depressed after knowing my problems.he says im confident about you When he asked me out for the fourth time I said yes. I never thought this would happen I was so shy I couldnt look directly in his eyes I was dazzled He said look into my eyes,I just couldnt hold the gaze for a second or two,but he didnt remove his gaze ..he kept on staring at me…and everytime I looked at his face he was trying to hold the gaze…and then he laughed and said you are blushing.. At first when he came and at down he was a bit serious I guess he was also nervous.then he was constantly staring at me. He held my hands and started observing my palm lines,several times he touched myhands. He pulls my leg,micmic’s me,laugh’s at me..tease’s me a lot.he kept a funny nickname for me :p ..say’s you wear this dress,wear this hairstyle it would suit you but he never complimented me at my face…he keeps telling me I have imagined you in this way .lets see whether it looks good or not..he observes every single dam thing about me.he remembers every word I say..he doesnt talk much but tells me to talk…but he respects me ,cares about my feelings..and says you ar every predictable..I wanted a cab he made walk a km so that he find’s the right cab driver for me because I had to go home alone.he said I dont like them and I wont let you go with them..I got to see the protected side of him. All I wanna know is what he feels for me does he really like me or just flirting or fallinf for me?
