what does it mean if my sperm is clear, am I shooting blanks?

im 18 yr old, is it bad if my sperm is clear but still sticky. that happens all the time. I have never seen my sperm white and chunky. I had sex with my girlfriend today after like 3 days and same clear sperm. I do want kids someday. so pls tell me what does clear sperm mean!

It means you have a low sperm count. Don’t necessarily stop everything all together, just take at least a day between being sexually active. Most every function in your body functions like a muscle, the more you use it, the better it becomes. A 36 hour break between orgasms has been found to maximize sperm production. Waiting a few months would actually slow the bodies ability to make sperm. If nothing changes, you may want to make an appointment with a doctor. You may just be suffering from malnutrition. Sperm takes a lot of protein.
