I’ve become friends with a guy through mutual friends. After our first date, he said we needed to “evaluate the nature of our relationship,” meaning he said, get to be friends. He is somewhat still confused and hung up on a previous serious relationship, ending almost a year ago–hard to let go. However, on 2 outings as friends, he has spent some time with me at the end of the evening holding me and kissing me…deeply. Is it possible that he thinks he may have real feelings for me–it’s just too fast and he’s confused, or what does the kissing mean?
