They always say this cell phone has apps what does that mean applications?
yes it means applications.. sure could be like the ones on social sites, or social sites in general.. but there also others that are perhaps more technically useful. whatever phone type you have just go to their site and look and see what they offer. Sometimes they are free, the better ones you have to purchase to add. you can also download them for free off of trusted sites, but beware you can now get virus's and crap on your phone as they do have an operating system like a computer.
the applications on my mobile are..
memory card games collection = converter-downloads-msn messenger-ovi-world clock etc etc
apps are just applications
NO APPS IS THIS STORE THING ONLINE WHERE you CAN BUY RINGTONES AND STUFF ON THERE
