What- do you think this guy likes me?

I need as many opinions as possible- do you think this guy likes me?

1. on my birthday, he texted me for the first time. We ended up talking for about 4 hours, about things like talents, our initials being the same, then joking about how difficult it is to spell my last name. When he included my name in a text I made sure to mention that he was one of the only guys to get it right. He later said “umm…what’s your middle name?”
2. ACCORDING TO MY FRIENDS, they have overheard him saying my name to his guy friends but didn’t hear what he was saying, and they say he is constantly looking at me.
3. he is about to break up with his awful girlfriend, who kissed and gave another guy a word not allowed on this website recently.
4. THIS MAY BE ENTIRELY COINCIDENCE. He is always wearing these button-down shirts and and he has a blue one. I wore my own blue button-down last Monday trying to be cute. The next day- that’s what he was wearing. That could just be a coincidence, so I’m not going by that too much.

So I’m really starting to like this guy and I’ve been waiting almost a month now (girls you know how that feels) so please girls AND guys tell me your personal opinion so I know whether to hang in there or find someone new. Btw, I’m 14 and he is turning 16 soon.
