What do you think I should do? I love my female teacher?

Last year I wrote my female teacher a letter saying that She’s special to me and that I love her. I also told her that Im really confused that kind of things and that I kept dreaming about her and stuffs.. Then she told to another teacher then we 3 talked, I couldn’t say anything.. I was about to cry but she said don’t cry just smile.. and that my situation is really tricky.. Then yea many things happened last year then from the last year of the last month I forgot about her, but then for the 1st term of this year when I saw her once again, I kept thinking about her again.. Moving on.. She’s really kind to me and she made my heart sink and my brain if she’s around.. Yesterday was the end of our school year.. I made her Xmas card then she smiled then yea, I couldn’t describe it by writing.. Next year should I tell her again that I love her again?? What should I do? I can feel that she likes me too.. because everytime we talk theres some kind of intensity.. and connection.. Thats what I feel and my friends feel.. By the way Im only 15
