What do you do when your boyfriend of 5months picks his friends over you?
I’ve been dateing the same person for 5 months, and dont get me wrong we love eachother and he is amazingly sweet. Holds me, puts his hand under my chin and lifts my face up brushs my hair out of my face and tells me in beautiful and im the best thing that ever happened to him and that he loves me. He is teh best thing that ever happened to me but sometime its just them before me. Because of one of his otehr girlfriends who had used him for his money and stuff he had and has. And he said he would never be able to go back to the way he was before. I am madly in love with his person and its the same for him. But he said that he made a rule to himself because he had a group of friends while he was younger and a girlfriend and he always picked her over them and he had lost all his friends and the girlfriend used him then moved to texas. Im not gonna dump him! I just wanna know what some other people think.
It is totally normal. Don’t make him choose between you and his friends bc after what he has been through, he will probably choose his friends. Let him have his time with them. Get you a good group of girlfriends and go out with them on the nights he goes out with his friends. Will help you with not being with him.
because of what happened, how he acting is normal its not likley that youll be able to change it, especially not now after youve been together for a few years, or a long time, he might eventually realise that you really do love him, are going to stay with him and arnt interested in his money and then he might start putting you ahead of his friends because he’ll trust you completely but untill then, its something that you cant do anything about hes been hurt before, so hes just keeping his guard up
