What do you think?

What do you think it means if a guy that you like always winks at you. IHe winked at me when I he asked me how many kids I want to have and then he anwsered it for me by say I know you want two kids don’t you and I said yes and as I was saying yes he winked at me I was surprised that he knew that I had never told him that before. There are other little things that lead up to him winking at me he is always looking at me well I should say we usually look at each other at the same time and into each others eyes. He knows I like him because my friend told him that I did. We are best friends though and were before my friend told him this. Now I am all of souden sharing my ciggerets with him what do you think this means and he always tells my mom that he knows that I have his back and he is happy about that him and my mom work together. Why do you think he is so happy that I have hi back?
