what do I do ?? please help

okay so im 15 and im about to be 16 in like 6 months and my mom everytime I ask her to let me out somewere she always says no my dad would let me out now and then but not a lot im always stuck at home in my room I dont wanna grow up living in my room because once I hit 18 ima have so many responsabilities and I just can’t take it no more im tirred of not being able to go out what do I do ???

All you can do is talk with your mom and dad. Anything else could completely screw things up in your life.

tell your mom how you feel and if she doesnt listen sneak out or go live with one of your relatives until your mom gets convinced

That is not good advice at all I am sorry but its not.,

Sneaking out is bad advice and if she goes living with one of her relatives they would just send her back unless it is discussed with and agreed with the mother. A mother is NOT going to agree to letting her stay at a relatives so she can do what she wants. If she tries staying with a friend her mother can get them in trouble for harboring a minor. So all she can do is discuss with her mother why she doesn’t allow her to go out and what can she do to change her mind, Show mom that you are responsible and mature,
