What do I do now?

I have a guy situation thats getting old and Im wondering what I should do next. Basically, way back in October I hooked up with a guy who I met through family. I didn’t think anything of it, UNTIL about 10 days later he gets in contact with me. We proceed to have this five month long FB message convo where we basically just talk about our everyday lives. Between last week (more later) and last Oct. we’ve seen each other 4 times. three times he was really flirty, trying to touch my hand, teasing me, putting his hand around my waist/lots of hugging etc. He mimics my text messages and turns of phrase in written messages. Last week I went out with his sister and him, he kept alluding to our (one and only) night alone, at first he was a little standoffish but didnt try to stop me when I rubbed his back. I told him that he was “indechipherable” and he just laughed before squeezing my waist and putting his arm round me. His sister saw and it got a bit awkward and on the way home we didnt speak. yet, when we came to leave he but on this silly “cute” voice and was messing about with me. I text him the next day to apologise for flirting with him in front of his sister. I just feel like we’re into each other but skirting around the issue because neither of us wants to make it a “big deal”.Also, distance is an issue - we live at opposite ends of the country. What should I do now? Guys, What do you think he’s feeling?
