what do I do if I got expelled from my high school?

I got expelled because I fell head over heals over my ex, and I was with someone eles after we broke up. but for some reason latley I kept thinking about him and when we had our classes changed after winter break I ended up having my last hour with him and like he was talking about me with an enemy, so just to get out of it I started drinking during that hour. the next thing I know im at the hospital(which I barley remeber). now my grandparents bar is at stake because thats where I got it from. now it seems everything is crashing down. im wondering if I should move to a boarding school, but again I have no idea how I would pay for that

did your grandparents give it to you? or did you steal it?if they gave it to you then…im sorry but there is not much you can do, except lie that you stole it. if you stole it, sorry this mite suck, but they can ban you from the place and im not sure but if they didnt know then I dont think they will be in as much trouble. and as for boarding school try looking them up and seeing if they have a payment plan or scholorships for people who cant afford them.
