What do I do?!

Okay. So, there’s this guy I used to go with. I’m 14 and he’s 17. We went out for like a month. He was really shy around me. He never really talked and he wasn’t really open with me or very affectionate. He wasn’t the best looking guy out there. He thinks I broke up with him because of looks. I broke up with him because there weren’t any sparks anymore and my feelings for him went away. I broke up with him like 5 months ago. We’re still friend and he’s like one of my best guy friends, but he’s like annoying the crap outta me talking about relationships and what he would’ve done and stuff. He said he wasn’t very affectionate because he didn’t wanna do anything to make me feel uncomfortable. All I wanna be is his friend. He asked if I would ever like him again and I said no. Then he asks why? He said he’s nice and all he did was care for me. He also said that I put every guy above him, which I don’t think I did. He said that if a guy that was goodlooking and nice came along I wouldn’t even hesitate to go with him. So I’m thinking…he’s not the only guy that’s nice. I’m not going to go out with every one of them. It’s like he thinks that just because he’s nice and cares for me, I have to have feelings for him. So then he went on vacation somewhere. He IMed me from there. He said that he misses me and thinks about me everyday. I’m like “I miss you too.” Then, he’s like “You don’t?” I’m like “You come up once in a while.” So, he’s like “You don’t think about me everyday?” and I said no. I don’t. Then he ask “You used to think about me a lot?” I’m like “Yeah.” Then he’s like “Was it because you liked me?” So I’m like “Yeah.” So he got mad at me. I don’ t think I gave him a reason to get mad. When someone likes a person they tend to think about them a lot. When you’re just friends with a person, you don’t think about them everyday. Then today, he messaged me from the country he’s vacationing in & there’s like a different timezone. He messaged me and asked if I was going to be online. I reply “Yes.” Then he goes to this computer cafe so he can IM me & he can only get online for an hour. I was supposed to get online at a certain time. I decided to go read a book and kinda got into the book so I lost track of time. Then, I got online & he had to go. He’s like “I waited for an hour!” I’m like “I’m sorry. What time are you going to be on tomorrow?” So then he’s like “I’m not . I’m not coming on anymore. You don’t notice anyways.” I’m like woww. Then he sends me a e-mail asking if we’re even friend anymore and said that I’m not treating him like a friend. What should I do?
