what do I do!!

I have RUFF hands && I don’t want to hold my boyfriend’s hands what if his like eww

or something or dosn’t say anything but feel weird

what do I do to make my hands soft && I can’t think of anything I have

try putting a lot of lotion on at night and covering your hands with loose gloves or sock… I do this ony rough feet and works great…also there is a hand creme called glysomed it has silicone and locks in moisture…cost abot 6-7 bucks but works sooo good.

Moisturize them.

If they are really bad, wet them and rub them down with salt to slough off the dead skin, then use a moisturizer daily. It takes time to renourish the skin, so don’t expect results overnight.

I use a sugar scrub. it works almost instantly.. well a noticable differance in one useage. then put on lotion. :)
