What Do I do?!

How can I become a size 3? I am a size 14 now, and I am unhealthy. I am planning on doing the Shangri-La Diet, but what can I do in addition to that?

do work out videos keep a steady paste you can start with 30minutes a day you will finish verry fast and you will start getting use to it but expect the first 2-3 weeks of sourness GOOD LUCK I work out everyday after work atleast 30 min and I have great results…

Seriously, a size three is probably an unhealthy size for you. If you set your weight loss goals too high, you’ll get frustrated and quit. Diet to become healthier and losing weight will just be a pleasant side effect. Shoot for a size 10 or something. Did you know you are the exact size of ‘an average woman’ right now at size 14?

well I was 147 now im 126 all I did was eat smaller once a day no fried foods no sugar foods that was hard. work out and drinks LOTS OF WATER

uhm try going vegetarian for a couple days a week or take like those bars where you eat but dont gain weight
