What could this bleeding be?

I’ve been sexually active and I’ve been on the Depo shot since February 19. I’m due back for another shot in May. I didn’t get my period last month and it worried me because I kept throwing up, and gaining weight. But now, it’s the opposite. I’m not throwing up anymore and I’m beginning to lose weight. I’ve had bleeding for 2 weeks now and it is very painful. I think I might have miscarriaged. I’m not sure though. I had a UTI a few weeks ago and I learned that infections can cause a miscarriage. It’s sketchy still, but the bleeding doesn’t stop, it just gets heavier.

Visit your ob-gyn. It does sound like a miscarriage, but you should check.
