How to I lose weight in my buttocks?

What could I eat to lose FAT from my buttocks? They sag, they flop and I cannot fit into my pants anymore, . . HELP!

Please folks, DON’T tell me about attracting guys. That’s NOT what I Want!

All I ask is the question above, NOTHING ELSE.

Hi,

You can’t really lose targeted weight in your butt…just like you can’t gain weight just in your butt. You can lose weight all over though.

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.

girl everybody is like that!! Just remind yourself god made you the way he wants your body to be. You have to sooner or later accept what god gave you. I used to be the same way but now I guess I don’t let it get to me!!!1 :p

u should lose weight on a healthy way!!!dnt starve yourself because it really dnt works!!!1try with eating fruits and vegetables and drinking 2 or 3 litres of water…in a month u can lose 15 to 30 pounds!!!good luck

Agreeing with what prkswllflwr said, I’m going to add on by telling you that pilates are actually a really good way to lose weight from the area or so I’ve heard, personally I’ve never worried about it but everyone that I know who has done them, has seen weight loss in their butt although they weren’t exactly happy about it. =P btw pilates are a group of exercises that tone the butt, abdomin, and thighs if I’m not mistaken so doing a lot of these may very well give you weight loss results in these areas as well.
