What can I eat after gullblater surgery?
I had my gullblatter out and cant think of any foods that I can have like clearliqids or soft foods close to sloids
If by gull blatter you mean gall bladder then the avoid eating fatty foods, (usually when the body is consuming foods that are high in fat the gall bladder releases bile to aid in digestion). Don’t eat foods such as cereals, whole grain breads, broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower.
I think the doctors actually give you foods to eat after this type of surgery and then prescribe you a certain type of diet too follow. Check with your doctor on this type of food I’m sure he had to at least told you or gave you some idea of what to eat.
