What can I do to remove my stress?

I’m really doing a lot of research works..it’s really exhausting..I only sleep for 4 hours or two I guess for this past week..can anyone give some suggestions on how can I enjoy my life with these pile of school works??

Be creative and think of something that will make you feel better. When you have some spare time, lie down in a dark room and think of something nice. Like being on vacation in Hawaii or Climbing a mountain in he wilderness, etc…There’s so many stress relievers out there. If popping balloons doesn’t annoy you, poke them with a needle and watch them pop! Or write a -fake- letter to someone your mad at and say whatever you want, but of course you don’t send it! :) Maybe squeeze a stress-reliever,(They only cost about $1-2) punch your pillow or scream into it. Or like Princexx said you could take a hot bath with candles. That always makes me feel better. Good luck releasing some tension!

I don’t know if this will help you, but it works for me. Every time I can’t sleep, I imagine myself as a rich person in a big mansion when I close my eyes. I imagine myself in a warm bath, getting a massage, whatever crazy thing you can think of. But only pick one theme and relax, or else you may think too much and your brain won’t stop creating images.
