What can I do to get rid of marks from acne?

Kay, I have acne scars. I think. I pick at my scabs a lot. After I pop a pimple. And it seems when they are gone I have spots. So are those acne scars? If so without spending money is there any way to get rid of them?

my sister had same problem as you with acne scars. she went and got a fraxel laser treatment done and it work a treat. near completly removes em.

its not cheep but for the price of a car your skin can be as good as anyone elses.

Just clean your face everyday !! When you get up and at the time your going to bed … And I drink a lot of water and it helps, So maybe you can try that? ^_^

try putting vinager on your where ever your acne scars are, do that once a day, and you should start to see a diffrence by week 2, and it will also keep the acne away

to get rid of them would be so expensive. my best friends mom has them all over her face. she used to be soo pretty, shes still pretty to me now but I know everybody else cant see past them. you shouldnt pick your face. get some acne medicine and give that a try.
