What can I do so that I won't be so tired anymore?

Ok, so: school will start (for me) on 14 sept. Usually I have to wake up at 6 am, I walk almost 4 km to school and I get home at 3 - 4 pm. The homework we have isn’t something very hard, but we have a lot of things to write daily - so this “activity” occupies my afternoon. I’m always very tired and sleepy and I can’t easily wake up. Also, sometimes, I find myself being kind of apathetic. Do you know some tips that should help me not being so tired anymore? What can I do to have a bit of more energy?

well have you changed your eating habits? there are a lot of foods you can eat that will give you the energey you need but you also take vitomes and so hurbs to just have to look around…
