What can a lazy person do?

Im very lazy the only exercise I do is walk, jump on the trampoline sometimes, and sex lol. Can someone here give me a routine wit times and reps and all so I can lose my tummy fat and tone up my thighs and arms? I have no exercise equipment except for wrist and ankle wieghts. Thanks all help needed

Yeah the sittups during commericals are actaully very good. Challenge yourself to do more every commerical than you did the last one. Its a great way to get you into a workout routine.

Try to learn a sport :) I play basketball, softball, and soccer. I’m really athletic, but just like you, I used to be so lazy. Try joining a team, and the competitiveness will keep you working harder. At first, it might be a bit tiring, but practice makes perfect! I lost about 40 pounds just from sports :)

Probly exercize while watching tv,do 15 sit ups every comercial!!

Get some flavorless fiber powder and sprinkle it on ur food and in ur drinks and u’ll pooo out all ur fat
