I have this guy friend and it's gotten really ugly between us, this doesn't bother me infact I'm doing my share to contribute to the uglyness.
What I've got so far is to suscribe to about a hundren differnt magazines in his name with the bill me later box checked off
Sending 50 pizzas, chinese food, any where that will deliver to his house.
Does any one else have any other ways of getting even with some one with out them ever knowing it was you, and with out getting in serious trouble?
If you really want to get even with him, wait until he breaks up with someone else. Like someone else said, revenge is a dish best served cold. Do it now and he will probably connect it to you.
Want to have some real fun and not do anything nearly as illegal as you have proposed? Donate some money to NAMBLA in his name to get him a subscription to their newletter (assuming they have one) or some equally replusive organization like Butterfly Kisses (the girl NAMBLA). Then when things start arriving in the mail he will have some real explaining to do rofl
Oh and make sure to submit a personality test in his name with his address to the scientoligists. Heck you could put flyers up around town with tear things to pull off asking religious people to come to "my" his house to help him understand god.
Hmmmm or maybe you could convince an expecially unbalanced girl in school he is crushing on her? Ok, that might be mean to her. But I think the idea is right in theory.
I'd be pretty careful though about taking your fight to these levels. I mean it is a very narrow step between this and serious crime.
I would stop and be the more mature person. Using the other persons name is identity fraud. Not identity theft.
Identity fraud indicates unlawful activities that use the identity of another person. Believe it or not, the punishment is prison time. Usually about 3-5 years depending on the amount of the fraud. after that you can get parole all in all your looking at about 8 years.
success within yourself. set goals and achieve them you'll be so busy living your life you won't have time for b.s. I know your upset but this can only get worse its just not worth it, be the bigger person and be happy, I know better said than done. but let him be a jerk by himself
...Well those ideas won't work if you don't want to get caught...and there's enough money involved to get charged with a crime...
Revenge is a dish best served cold. Cool off for a bit, and see if you don't feel different.

To be completely honest, doing something like this is ridiculous. If it will cost your friend or someone else money, that's going way too far.
You will not achieve anything from it.
