What are some vegetarien recipes?

Does anyone know some really easy-to-do vegetarien recipes?? Im having a hard time finding some. I looked on google but it didnt help at all.

This is my fav:

Veggie steak

Start with a nice beef steak, then remove the nice flavour, the nice texture and all the nutritional benifits. Serve with a large napkin to wipe up those tears of sorrow.

Another less sarcastic one, just take any meal that uses mince or diced chicken and the like, and replace with beans and or mushrooms.

This recipe is called squash:

1 Squash.

Dice, grind, crush, or eat whole.

This is a recipe I created, it is so good.

Pick any vegetables that you like, carrot, peas, beans, corn, snow peas, etc. . . Stir fry them in veg oil. After about 3-4 mins add 2 minced garlic cloves and fry. 3-4 mins

Add this sauce (1tsp corn flour mixed with 2 tbs water, then add 1 tbs soy sauce and 2 tbs olive oil and mix all together) over the veg and garlic. And cook until sauce thickens. 5 mins.

Cook rice to go with it. Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric to the rice, to give it a nice yellow colour (no flavour though).

Mix veg in with rice when rice is cooked and plate up! I eat it with lebanese or greek natural yogurt aswell. SO GOOD!

Be creativity… I find following recipes online or books are a pain in the butt as you tend to buy ingredients specifically for that particular dish your making and end up not needing the ingredients anymore for other dishes which is a bit of a waste of $.

– You can make your own sushi…boil the rice in vinegar water, buy the seaweed wraps and put whatever you want inside eg: carrot, avocado, cucumber etc.

— Salad and cheese burrito with a sauce of your choice.

— Do some large pancakes, cook assorted vegetables, eg: bean spouts, tomato, capsicums, etc and place these inside the pancakes.

— Tofu cheesecake, I have no idea how to make it but my mum does it for me.

— Mini pizza, using slices of wholegrain bread, buttered the bread with tomato sauce, add your vegetables, then cut thin slices of cheese, squeeze some tomato sauce on top of the cheese, put the bread slices in the oven (grilled top) and presto, after a few minutes you have some healthy fat-free mini pizza.
