What are some recipes with mint sauce?

I have some Crosse & Blackwell Mint Sauce with Egyptian mint leaves and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what to do with it. It tastes a bit like apple cider vinegar (the ingredients contain water, sugar, malt vinegar, vinegar, Egyptian mint leaves and caramel color). I know that lamb does some amazing things with mint sauce but I want a different idea—maybe a dessert? Any ideas for any food would be wonderful! Money is not an issue. Thank you!

Sounds good :) I just read that it makes a good flavoring for potatoes & peas.
