what are benefits of stopping masturbation?

actually I had many question 1- did masturbation increase sex hormone in men 2- I took a decision to stop masturbation .. how is that going to affect me did it has advantages or disadvantages

.. please no one say maste. is ok and all this .. I want to know wt will going to be when I stop .. I mean physically

There’s no real advantages to stopping other than a slight increase in sperm count (all dependant on how often you masturbated). There’s nothing wrong with it, though some just look down upon it as a “gross” thing, is all.

Nothing will happen to you whether you stop or continue. The main purpose for it, really, is to feel good. It’s a good calorie burner, too (though, not as big a burner as sex).

I disagree. I quit recently, and I’ve noticed myself to be much more stable as a person. It’s easier to control my temper, I’m less prone to be aggressive, and I don’t get those pains that you get if you happen to forget to masturbate during what is normally your standard routine.

Doesn’t take the thoughts away, though, takes a LOT of willpower, and within a couple weeks, you’ll most likely start having really intense wet dreams. Though it seems after I have one of those, my drive is controllable until I get near the next one. It’s kind of like milking a cow, I guess.
