IS THAT BADD?? IS IT BETTER JUST TO SLEEP STRAIGHT THROUGH THE NIGHT? BUT WHAT CAN I DO?? IS THIS REALLY AFFECTING ME BADLY? HOW MANY HOURS OF SLEEP AM I REALLY GETTTING?
well sleeping through the night is REALLY important.. I used to do the same thing you do but I started like gaining weight from being tired all the time so I went to the doc and asked for seroquel.. now I can fall asleep whenever I want to!! yay... but dont nap unless you have something to wake you up again afterwards like adderall or if you like coffee
bad sleeping patterns are sometimes related to a bad diet eating chocelate or lots of fizzy for example drinks can give you energy crashes making you tierd drink lots of water and eat lots of friut and vegetables and see if this has any effect
Night is when you're supposed to sleep. People with odd sleeping patterns like yours are more likely to get type 2 diabetes. Talk with a doctor.
