Who else get's a weird sensation around their third eye when they place their index finger in front of it?

I’m saying the third eye because it’s the closest spot that I can place the sensation I get, there really isn’t a third eye as far as I know.

The sensation is always there, you just notice it more because you’re focusing on it.

Because your finger allows you to pinpoint it. One of the methods for opening the third eye is to use your index finger and mimic that you are pulling open an eye lid.

Wow, every time I put my finger in front of it, I get a slight stinging throbbing pain near my left temple. :( When I take my finger away, I don’t feel it, when I put it back, I feel it again. Wth? Maybe It’s all in my head…O_o

I can try… the pineal gland is the vestigial remnant of what became the parietal organ in simple vertebrates. It is bundled with photoreceptor cells and is said to help regulate the circadian rhythm or inner clock of an organism.

lol..in simpler terms it’s a gland near the centre of the brain that is said to be responsible for insight and premonition.

well… it has metaphysical properties attributed to it as well… but it is a physical entity. You are not entirely incorrect to call it a third eye. The photoreceptor cells functioned as eyes in simpler organisms.
