Where is your waist? Like when they say to measure your waist, is that like at your belly button or lower?
Put your hands on your hips - just above where your hands sit is your waist…it technically ends at the ribcage.
sammy1bammy I would class that bit as hips. but the waist is were if you have fat lol. couldnt think of another way of putting it soz :D
